PROJECT OVERVIEW
This Chicago rooftop deck was transformed from a blank slate into a modern outdoor living space. The design combines a full kitchen, lounge, and dining area beneath a custom pergola with integrated lighting and heat. Custom privacy fencing, planters, and durable furnishings create a year-round retreat that blends comfort, function, and contemporary style.
SCOPE OF WORK

BARRINGTON BARN — Exterior Refresh & Kitchen Redesign DESIGN + BUILD

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Modern farmhouse transformation of an 1800s barn, including a rebuilt silo, exterior redesign, and interior kitchen renovation. Robin Duggan led the exterior redesign and full kitchen concept, creating a balance of rustic warmth and clean architectural form. The project included 3D renderings, material selections, and construction documentation for both the façade and interior.

Alexa + Elizabeth Dole Foundation — Design + Build Experience

PROJECT OVERVIEW
In collaboration with the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and Amazon Alexa, Robin Duggan designed an immersive smart-home lobby experience that showc veteran caregivers. The project unified architectural visualization, product styling, and on-site production into one cohesive environment. From 3D concept renderings to full procurement and installation, 2GC managed every step to ensure the finished space matched the design intent and brand vision.
